Hi all this is Steveo , I'm not happy with the way that the my union for the company I work for decided to give back all of this fired workers senority back too him.
This is bullshit if you ask me, I was wondering if any 1 could comment on this particular incident, if this has happend to you.
Situation of how it happened, 1. fired for slacking off and not doing his work, 2. Hired back in too his job role :(, 3. even though he was fired after a couple months of being back on the job he somehow or the union felt bad for him and gave him his senority back, bullshit if you ask me, he doesn't deserve it.
I think it's unfair too me, I think after being fired and getting rehired you shouldnt get all your senority back, even if he has had 3 years in before me.
What should I do!! any help would be appreciated Ty!!
